Well other than The Doctor which I think is an obvious first for most people, I’d have to go with Captain Jack. Day 3 - Favorite Villain/Monster/Alien
While obviously, I have many favorites in this category I think my favorite of all is the Vashta Nerada. I chose to pick them out of all the other obvious choices like the Daleks and Cybermen simply because “Silence In The Library” and “Forest of the Dead” were my first two Doctor Who episodes and I found them to be incredibly scary...
